After walking up and down the grocery store aisles wondering “What are we having for dinner?” – we decided to update a classic.
Grilled cheese sandwiches are always good, however, if you add caramelized onions and a slice of prosciutto it becomes decadent. Pair the sandwiches with some simple canned tomato soup and you have a wonderful meal.
We used some leftover bread from the deli, slices of reduced fat Colby Jack cheese and a little slice of prosciutto from the deli that we had left over from a meal last week. The soup is Harris Teeter brand!
Super delicious – and super easy. Just add your fav ingredients and grill them up!
